7 Ulteem Promises

1. Genuine members only

We promise never to create false profiles to artificially boost the number of members on your MatchList.

2. Monitoring and moderation

We promise to monitor and moderate the site and to change or bar any content that's inappropriate, obscene, offensive, discriminatory or not in keeping with our Terms and Conditions.

3. No third parties

We promise to never to hire in an agency or third party to increase the membership numbers.

4. All costs obvious

We promise always to make it clear where services need to be paid for, and to clearly indicate their costs. We'll never mislead you into using these services without realising.

5. Appropriate advertising

We promise never to make online or offline advertising agreements with any company that would lower the tone of the site or offend you, its members.

6. Privacy

We promise to respect all laws and regulations that protect your personal information.

We will never pass your personal information on to third parties without your permission.

7. Safety

We promise that our moderation team is there for you if you have any problems with other members' behaviour; in particular, you can block contract with others on the site. If a problem is reported, we promise to investigate and if necessary permanently close the account of any member causing a problem.
